Work areas refer to the different sections or departments within a business where specific tasks are carried out. Adding work areas to your business portal will help you better organize your Ops- it will also come in handy if you want to limit user visibility to a specific area(s).
Examples include: Picking, Packing, Quality Assurance, Sanitation, etc.
You can create/edit work areas by going to 'Business Info' under the 'Profile' section on the left-hand side, scrolling down, and on the far right-hand side, you will have the option to add or remove work areas.
