Help Me Understand My Invoice

In your Veryable dashboard click on 'Billing' on the menu on the left side. Clicking on the blue “Billing Portal” button on the right-hand side will open their Upflow Customer Portal in a new tab.

Once in your Upflow Customer Portal, you will see a breakdown of your invoices under the Payables section. To view the details of your invoice, simply click on the "download" icon (down arrow pointing at a line icon) and both the Veryable invoice and the detailed CSV will download.
