How do I make sure my Operator shows up after acceptance?

As soon as you accept an Operator they receive a notification (In-app & email) of their acceptance, they are then required to show up on time or contact the Op contact if they are running late. Veryable holds Operators accountable for not showing up and requires Operators to fulfill all Ops that they get accepted to. 

We do encourage Op contacts to dispute Operators who are a "No show" and to utilize the backfill feature when posting to ensure attendance issues do not lead to a drop in production. 

Tip: Keep an eye on bids as they come in and make selections with a 12-hour lead time. Operators are more like to bid and show up if they are not selected at the last min.
