YLP Tags are a quick and easy way to manage and organize Your Labor Pool. We recommend assigning tags based on skills, location, and/or Work Area so you can conveniently post to Operators with the associated tag when you need them!
How to Create & Assign YLP Tags
Navigate to the Operators tab within your business portal > Select YLP Tags located in the upper right hand corner > You have 2 options: Select Manage to create and edit existing tags OR select Assign if you need to assign existing tags to Operators within Your Labor Pool
Manage (Create or Edit YLP Tags)
To create a new tag click + New Tag in the upper right-hand corner > Assign a color and name to your tag > Select the check mark if you would like to save or the X if you would like to cancel
To make edits to existing tags, select the pencil icon to the right of the applicable tag and make any necessary changes. Select the trash icon if you would like to delete an existing tag.
Assign YLP Tags
There are several ways to assign a YLP Tag to an Operator. You can do so through the Operators tab, or through the Ratings tab within the High Volume Dashboard once they complete an Op.
Operators Tab
Navigate to the Operators tab > Select YLP Tags > Assign > Select the tag you would like to assign in the upper left-hand corner and then select Add to the applicable Operator
Ratings
You will receive a pop-up window that allows you to assign YLP Tags to Operators once you have rated them. Keep in mind this will only apply to Operators who were rated 4+ stars and added to Your Labor Pool.
Utilizing YLP Tags for Op Postings
Do you want to post an Op for Operators in Your Labor Pool that have a specific skillset? You can do so by posting an Op through + New Op > Select a pre-existing template or create a new Op post > Fill out all applicable information > On the "Options" tab check YLP Only > Filter by Tag and check any relevant YLP Tags.
Helpful Tip: Save the Op with the YLP Tags as a template if you want to post faster next time! You can also make changes to your existing Op Templates by going into the Ops tab > Op Templates > Choose the applicable template > Edit the template under the Options tab > Check the YLP Only box and then Filter by Tag > Save
