I Need Help Adjusting an Operator(s) Payout

To adjust the hourly pay for an Operator, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the High Volume Dashboard > Adjustments.
2. Under Actionable you will see any Operators whose pay you can adjust or Bids with actions that can be reversed.
3. Find the Operator(s) that needs adjusting and edit the adjustment field to reflect the actual number of hours and minutes worked. 
4. Once you edit all the applicable Bids, click on “Adjust” to submit.

Note: You can use the top filters to drill down to specific dates, locations, and work areas (up to 7 total days at a time). You can also search by Operator name.
