Operators are required to contact the Op contact if they are going to be late or are experiencing issues. Please ensure your listed Op contact is available to review portal chats or receive calls from accepted Operators.
You can also message the Operator(s) through the Operator Chat tab within your portal or through the Chat icon within the Veryable Business app. If you have not heard from an Operator, don’t worry! You can always reach out to your Operations Coordinator (find their number here) and they will be happy to direct you.
