Can I Change the Start Time Of An Op After Operators Have Been Accepted?

Once you have accepted Operators into an Op, you are not able to change the start time or Op length. When the Operators submitted their Bids and got accepted, they agreed to the terms you posted for. This includes pay rate, scope of the work, date, start time, and shift length / duration.
