On the main menu, click on the Billing tab. Clicking on the “Launch New Billing Portal” button will open your Upflow Customer Portal in a new tab.
From your Upflow Customer Portal, you will be able to select the invoice(s) that you wish to pay and pay them by clicking on "Pay Now" on the Summary tab located on the right side.
When the payment window is launched, you'll have the option to select one of the following payment methods:
- Bank Account
- Card
- Check
The card option will allow you to save your card details to make future auto payments. If you set up your billing to be charged to a credit card you will be charged on the day that the invoice is due (our standard invoicing period is net 15). This is the most efficient way of paying your invoice(s) as you can Set it and Forget it.
