On-Demand Labor
On-demand labor is a model that connects businesses to workers only when their work is needed. With access to labor on demand, you can staff to minimum demand levels and meet fluctuations by quickly contracting qualified workers when demand rises. This empowers your business to spend less money on guesswork by enabling fast reactions to changes in demand.
Labor Pool
A Labor Pool is a network of independent workers familiar with your operation that can work on an as-needed basis. It is a flexible extension of your trained workforce that you build over time by rotating a mix of new and familiar workers into your operations for short periods of time.
