Op Contacts are the point of contact that Operators are going to get when you accept them to an Op. The Op contact should be available if operators have questions about directions, running late, etc. Ideally, it would be their direct supervisor.
Add a new contact: Click on +Create Contact and fill in the fields.
Edit or delete a contact: Click on the 3 dots on the right side of the existent contact and select the desired option.
