There are a few ways to manage Your Labor Pool once it starts growing:
Use YLP Tags to Organize Your Labor Pool
In your business portal, you can apply tags to each Operator in Your Labor Pool to keep track of their skills and/or Work Areas within your facility. This function can be found within the Labor Pool tab, on a button labeled “Tags.” Once you select this option, it allows you to create and assign color-coded tags to individual Operators within your labor pool.
Example: You may have a forklift certified Operator who has come to your facility and excelled with the forklift. You can create and apply a YLP Tag called "Forklift Certified" to their name so you can easily find or post Ops for Operators within your facility with that specific skillset when you need it.
If you wish to make an Op posting specifically for Operators with that associated YLP Tag, you can do so by checking YLP Only > Filter by Tag before you post your Op.
Create Op Templates
When you find yourself posting an Op with the same details over and over, you know it’s time to create an Op template. That way, you can start each Op posting with a base that you can customize before posting. This will save you time!
Use Autofill
If you do not want to manually select Operators for each Op, you can save time by using Autofill. This feature automatically selects Operators based on an advanced algorithm designed to help you fill Ops effectively.
Autofill can select and confirm Operators who meet your criteria and backfill withdrawals, which in turn gives you better fulfillment outcomes!
Conduct Bulk Actions
You can easily make Bulk Adjustments and Ratings through the High Volume Dashboard which is located within the main Dashboard of your business portal. You can also Bulk Post your Ops by going up to + Post Op > Bulk Post. Bulk actions save you time!
Create Work Areas
You can create Work Areas within the Veryable business portal to represent areas of the building you want to utilize Operators in. Some examples of Work Areas could include assembly, receiving, and packing. Creating Work Areas and assigning YLP Tags to Operators skilled in those Work Areas can help you stay organized!
