There are a few reasons you may want or need to remove an Operator from your active Op and
there are currently two ways to do so, but how do you know which one to use?
Cancel Op: This function is only available for multi-day Ops and should be used if the
Operator is no longer needed from a specific day onward, but there is no reason to dispute their
work. This function does not penalize the Operator.
Dispute: This function is available on every Op whether single or multiple days. Use this feature
if the Operator did not meet the standards that were described on the Op (i.e. Late arrival, no-
show, does not have the required skills, etc.) This function awards the Operator with an
automatic 1-star rating and potential account suspension or coaching by your local Operations
Coordinator.
