You can cancel a multi-day Op after it has commenced (for the following days only) if, for whatever reason, you no longer need the Operator’s services (i.e. change of workload, not productive enough, attitude problems, machine down, etc.). This will free up the Operator to Bid on different Ops for the remainder of the week without hurting their profile.
To Cancel an Op, follow these steps:
- From the Roster tab, go to the actionable date and find the Operator whose Op is being canceled, then click on the kebab menu (3 action dots) on the right side> click on Cancel Op.
- A new window will pop up prompting you to select which day you would like to end the Op from. You will see an informational banner after selecting the date. See examples below:
- End Op on the next Op day:
- Cancel Op on the last day:
- Next up, you will need to type in the reason why you want to cancel the Op and submit the Cancellation. Remember, the Operator will see this.
Note: Canceling a Multi-day Op for a future day within the 12 hours of the next day's Op start time will result in a Late Cancellation fee.
