Do you Guarantee Workers Attendance?

We cannot guarantee Operators' attendance. However, we communicate the expectation of 100% attendance to Operators using our platform, and our rating system strongly incentivizes attendance by highlighting an Operator's attendance and reliability rate on their profile.

Operators who fail to meet our attendance policies are held accountable in various forms, from receiving coaching from our Operations Coordinator and a potential suspension from the platform.
