You now have the ability to delete your Veryable business account right from our app. Please note that once you complete these steps, you will lose access to your business portal and you will be unable to post Ops or adjust any ongoing Ops. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Follow these steps in your Veryable Business app to delete your account:
- Log into the
Veryable Business app.
- Click into your profile (logo) in the top left corner.
- Tap Manage Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your account deletion.
If you delete your account within the app, you will also no longer be able to access our platform via the Business Web Portal either. If you received an error when trying to delete your account, you are the only Admin or Billing contact for your business. You will need to invite someone else to take over this role before we can process your account deletion.
