During step 1 of the Op posting process, you'll be able to enter the details of your Op. You'll need to enter the Op title and choose the skill required from the drop-down menu.
On the Op description, you'll be able to include specific information regarding the work to be performed. This is your contract with the Operator, so be sure to include anything that pertains to the work. Such as:
- Scope of the work (standing for 8+ hours, lifting over 50+ pounds, etc.)
- Dress-code specifications or any PPE requirements (i.e. steel-toe boots)
- Specific experience required, certifications or tools knowledge
- Climate conditions of the warehouse/location
- Lifting requirements
Pro Tip: You can include “Must sign in/out to receive pay” within your Op description. We recommend using a sign in/out sheet within your facility to track Operator attendance and adjustments.
